What to have ready
Your passport, current visa grant notice and conditions, and any correspondence from the Department of Home Affairs. If you have had a refusal or cancellation, have that decision available.

Ashiq Ali Ghazzaly, Principal Migration Agent, MARN 1686653 — registered with OMARA and bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. You deal with the principal agent directly.

Before you book
- ✓ This is an assessment, not an engagement. A consultation does not create an agent–client relationship. If you decide to proceed, a separate written services agreement and fee quote is provided before any application work begins.
- ✓ No outcome can be guaranteed. No registered agent, lawyer or consultant can guarantee a visa grant. The consultation gives you an honest assessment of your prospects — including when the answer is unfavourable.
- ✓ Government charges are separate. Visa application charges are set and collected by the Department of Home Affairs and are not included in the consultation fee.
- ✓ Keep sensitive material out of the booking form. Please do not upload identity documents, health or character information when booking. Secure arrangements are made after your consultation.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or non-attendance, may not be refunded. If something urgent comes up, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Payment and receipt
The consultation fee is AUD $120 including GST, paid securely by card at the time of booking. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website. A receipt is emailed to you automatically.
